A moose & bear were seen during a recent visit. There are 6 or 7 small brooks that flow into & thru the property to Big Spec & are considered intermittent brooks. There is one year-round brook, Garden Eden Brook and it flows into Big Spec. The property is surrounded by only two landowners. Nearby lands are conserved. Wind turbines are seen from the property. There is no power.
